The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics defines the ethical behaviour that all Burgoynes personnel need to demonstrate to ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations and to protect the reputation of the Burgoynes Group.

All Burgoynes personnel are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate, and to respect and comply with the ethical standards in those territories.

Burgoynes does not give or receive, whether directly or indirectly, bribes or other improper advantages for business or financial gain.
Conflict of Interest
All personnel are required to avoid any activities, relationships or situations that create a potential conflict between their personal interests and the interests of Burgoynes and/or our clients.

Compliance
The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all Burgoynes Group personnel.
The Management Board is responsible for ensuring these principles are applied throughout the Burgoynes Group.
Burgoynes encourages its personnel to report known or suspected legal or ethical violations of this Code. No one who reports a known or suspected violation in good faith will be subject to reprisal.
