Natalie obtained a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College and later received her PhD in the field of peroxide chemistry. After working at a firm of patent attorneys in fields such as industrial equipment and chemical technology, Natalie joined Burgoynes in 2005 and became a Partner in 2021.

She specialises in the investigation of fires and explosions and has attended over 600 incidents, at both domestic and industrial premises in the UK and overseas. She has also dealt with incidents of chemical contamination.

Natalie has prepared expert opinion for criminal and civil litigation.
