The conference unites the claims professionals from the loss adjusting industry to examine the shifting landscape of claims management.  We have gained valuable insights from knowledgeable speakers, engaged in workshops, and networked with our peers, meeting old and new friends to discuss the challenges ahead.

We thoroughly enjoyed attending the conference, followed by a delicious dinner in the Roman Baths Pump Room, where we hosted a table and sampled the hot spa water.  We are looking forward to next year’s conference.  Thank you to CILA for a great event.
