Burgoynes is pleased to announce that on 1 July 2023 Anil Nagalingam (left), Richard Durnford (centre) and Youming Chen (right) were promoted to Partner.

Anil and Richard are both based in our London office.  Anil, an experienced chemist, specialises in the investigation of fire and explosions and chemical incidents.  Richard is a mechanical engineer with a background in the automotive industry and he investigates mechanical failures, escapes of water/oil and personal injury claims.  Youming is based in our Singapore office and he is a materials engineer with experience of investigating engineering failures within various industries and involving marine vessels.  All three investigators continue to provide expert opinion to loss adjusters, lawyers and insurers.
