Experience:

Ana completed her PhD on the mechanical properties of intervertebral discs in 2010. She has worked on developing a computational model of the human body in impact scenarios. She has worked as a consultant providing technical support to vehicle manufacturers during occupant safety system development by building computer models of occupant motions which predicted injury potential. She has worked as an expert witness in the US and the UK.

Since joining Burgoynes, Ana has been involved in a range of traffic and personal injury cases. Her specialty is in impact biomechanics including cases dealing with seatbelt usage, helmet usage, child car seats and pedestrian impacts.
