We normally receive instructions by telephone on 020 7726 4951, or at the nearest office number, and urgent instructions should always be given by telephone to ensure prompt attention. All our offices have facilities to deal with calls around the clock. Instructions can also be received by post or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you choose to provide written instructions, you should expect to receive an acknowledgment, otherwise it might not have been received.
