Burgoynes is pleased to announce that our new Charity of the Year is Taylor-Made Dreams.

Taylor-Made Dreams operates in the south-east of England and enables children with terminal and life-limiting illnesses to achieve their dreams.  The charity was founded in 2014 by Suzi Mitchell in memory of her son, Taylor.  After suffering from an incurable illness for four years and then receiving a terminal prognosis, Taylor wrote a ‘bucket list’ and Suzi set about fundraising to allow Taylor to achieve many of his wishes during the last two years of his life.  Whilst fulfilling Taylor’s list, Suzi decided that she would one day set up a charity to do the same for other children with life-limiting illnesses.

Taylor-Made Dreams helps the children write their own ‘bucket list’ and then aims to make their wishes come true.  This includes arranging exclusive experiences, meetings with celebrities and purchasing special gifts.  Taylor-Made Dreams also arranges and financially supports holistic therapy and counselling for the child and their families.
